RESERVATIONS
To reserve a room or package there are needed the deposit of 30 % of the stay in the account of the BANCO DEL PICHINCHA #31889657-04, addressed to sra. Lina Torres.
In case of the packages for holydays (holy week, carnival, holidays of Cuenca) to realize a reservation needed the payment or deposit of 100 % of the stay.
CANCELLATIONS POLICIES
If the reservation is cancelled with 15 days of anticipation, or with a week of anticipation, 100 % of the demurrage will be refunded.
If it is cancelled with 72 hours of anticipation, 75 %of the demurrage will be refunded, and with 48 hours of anticipation, 50 % of the demurrage.
In case of holydays, will not be refunded the bank deposit of the stay.
If there are not cancellation at all, you will be charged with the cost of one nigth.
